Neo Flooring is the flooring company to pick!! Not only did they have the best pricing, they were VERY professional! Talk about red carpet service! I live in the Bridgemill neighborhood.
I wanted to take out the carpet & make our whole house wood flooring, but wanted to match the current wood flooring in my living room/kitchen area. I was so disappointed that it was no longer made. They helped me find another that was such a close match, you can’t even see the difference between the new & old flooring.
They even had it continuing from the living area into the spare bedroom without a transitional piece! It looked AMAZING! They were very clean in appearance and cleaned up after themselves each day of work!
Their communication was impeccable! Their follow up & follow through was spot on. Not once did I have to doubt if they would show up or do what they said they were going to do! Very dependable & reliable.
The quality of work is FANTASTIC!!! I am a very picky person and I have to say, they did a phenomenal job!!

We have had a terrific experience with Gustavo and Neo Flooring.
We have had a terrific experience with Gustavo and Neo Flooring. Gus has been very responsive, took our concerns seriously and offered very good guidance as we waded through the huge volume of available carpets.
After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction.
David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls.
Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little “fuzzy” off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation).
We have been so delighted with our experience that we’ve decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors.
We would highly recommend Neo Flooring!

Neo flooring completely remodeled our entire bathroom. And it’s beautiful. We had used them previously for flooring projects only but when they said they could do the whole remodel we compared them against dedicated bathroom remodelers.
What we found is that they were as good or better than any of the other places , but they were way cheaper . In some cases 50-70 percent cheaper than the overpriced remodelers who come into our area and add thousands of dollars for no reason. The crew are all Brazilian, so they know tile and source the good stuff. They made custom cabinets and did all the plumbing and install work.
They kept to their timeline, were Uber responsive and very friendly with our family and pets.
Next remodel is coming up and based on the great experience with our bathroom remodel we will be using them for kitchen and everything else.
